NewPay is a rapidly growing debt consolidation company and we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Representatives to join our sales team. Successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, as well as driving revenue growth through sales.Key Responsibilities:Meet and exceed sales targetsDevelop and maintain pipeline to maximize revenueProvide exceptional customer serviceUnderstand and communicate the value proposition of our servicesStay up to date on industry trends and competitor activityCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing supportProficient in MS Office, CRM, and phone systemsRequirements:Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and identify new business opportunitiesSelf-motivated and results-drivenExperience in the debt consolidation or financial services industry is a plusBachelor's degree, sales or related field is preferred, but not requiredWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a fun and fast-paced work environment.
