Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to draft and
negotiate various commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Review, revise and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
Partner with procurement and finance teams to optimize vendor
lifecycle processes
Support marketing and sales teams with agreements and best
practices for contract management
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience negotiating and drafting vendor, partner,
and sales agreements
Experience providing legal support to finance, marketing, and
procurement teams
JD and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction
Eligibility to become a registered in-house counsel in California
or Colorado preferred
CIPP (US or EU) certification is a plus
