  • Demonstrates knowledge of medication administration based on patient age and clinical condition
  • Performs patient care for geriatric and general inpatient rehabilitation patients
  • Assists with patient assessments and rehabilitation nursing interventions
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
  • Updates care plans based on patient condition and needs
  • Interacts professionally with patients and families, involving them in care planning
  • Assesses and reassesses pain management techniques, educating patients and families on pain management
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
    • Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN program
    • Current state licensure as a Practical/Vocational Nurse
    • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
    • IV Certified required or obtained within 6 months, highly preferred
    • Minimum six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
