Qualifications/Certifications Preferred:

? IPC-A-610 Certified Specialist (Modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

? IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Specialist (Modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

? IPC J-STD-001 Certificate of Training (Modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)

? IPC Certified Trainer

Job Skills:

? Electronic Circuit Board Assembly/Rework Quality Control Inspection

? Cable Assembly/Rework Quality Control Inspection

? Wire Harness Assembly/Rework Quality Control Inspection

? Electro-Mechanical Assembly/Rework Quality Control Inspection

? Ability to interpret Drawings, Schematics, Parts Lists and BOM?s

Job description:

? Perform electronic and mechanical Quality Control Inspections of PCBs, CCAs, Cable & Wire Harness Assembly and Electromechanical Assemblies.

? Identify and validate components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies in accordance with drawings, parts lists and related documents.

? Manage product quality assurance through all phases of production processes.

? Conduct quality assurance inspections and provide detail to production management.

? Perform/witness/document routine tests to assure that products comply with established specifications.

? Keep up all records of inspection results.

? Inspect in-process work at different stages and provide inspection disposition in detail to management.

Experience:

? Sr. Technician/Supervisory level experience.

? Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet schedules.

? Minimum of 4 years Quality Control experience with 2 years of supervisory level experience.

? Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with basic math skills.

? The ability to interact and communicate effectively (written and oral).

? 4 years manufacturing experience.
